The DAR website is full of information that can be used not just to join DAR, SAR or CAR but to help genealogists find connections vital to their research. We will cover what resources are at the DAR site.

Who Was Your Most Challenging Ancestor to Research?  (Workshops)

Sylvan Community Center 7521 Community Drive, Citrus Heights, CA
This will be an interactive workshop with many short presentations and much help given from the group.
 
A short 5 to 10-minute presentation should include:
  • Information about the chosen Ancestor.
  • Why they were the most challenging to research.
  • What lengths you had to go to.
  • And, if the search was successful, how you succeeded in breaking down your “brick wall”.
 And, if you haven't fully succeeded, present it to the workshop group as a case in progress so we can suggest ways for you to move forward with your research.
