New Membership

Instructions
After filling out the presented online forms, you will be sent to the PayPal payment service. Once payment is successfully provided, your new membership will be immediately activated and you will receive an emailed Welcome to Root Cellar letter.
 
Filling out the online forms:
  • Only the following fields are required:
          First name
          Last name
          Mailing address
          Email address
          Login Name
          Password
  • Couple memberships: Enter the name of the second person in the “Additional Names” box.
  • When the entry field is green, the data is accepted. A red field indicates there is an error with that entered or that an entry is required.
  • After filling out the forms, the system will email a receipt containing your entered information.
 
PayPal:
  • On the initial PayPal screen, press the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button. It is not necessary to open a personal PayPal account or to login to PayPal.
  • PayPal accepts almost all credit cards but only a few debit cards.
  • If you provide an email address, PayPal will email a receipt.
